My name is Jess and I am a twenty-something year old lifestyle and portrait photographer who was brought up right here in Jacksonville. I have spent my last few years capturing very special moments for families and couples all over North Florida!
Photography became a passion of mine many years before I laid a finger on a professional camera.
As the youngest of 5 siblings, I grew up cherishing those old dusty boxes filled with photographs of family past and present. Every image had its own story; rich with nostalgia and emotion - each memorialized for years to come.
Being an involved storyteller has since become a specialty of mine and I want you to know that I am here for it ALL.
The laughs, the bitter-sweet tears and even those uncoordinated dance moves out on the reception floor! When you're not sure where to put your hands, if you should be smiling or how to turn your head, I've got you covered!
A simple suggestion and posing direction can make magic out of the "ordinary". You don't have to be a trained model to have beautiful framed portraits on your wall. Let me show you!
my process
One of my favorite parts of communicating with my clients is getting to know their family and what they envision for their sessions. When you book with me, you will receive a questionnaire that will give me some insight on your family. This questionnaire will go through everything! From color schemes and dream locations, to questions that ask what song gets your kids to start dancing.
Based on your answers, I prepare a client vision board that we can tailor together to design your ideal session!
